Originally from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Courtney brings a strong background in sales, negotiation, and client relations to Conroy Group Ltd. She oversees the company’s administrative operations, financial management, and banking, ensuring the business runs with structure, accuracy, and accountability. Focused, approachable, and driven by results, our sales manager is all about building strong relationships. They help connect people to the right solutions—with clarity and care. -

Field Operations Associate
Originally from Nova Scotia, Michelle supports Conroy Group’s field operations with a hands-on, dependable approach. When additional support is required, she steps into the field operating commercial equipment, including the John Deere 3046R, as well as assisting with the stand-on and zero turn mowers and property maintenance tasks. -

Originally from Nova Scotia, Dillan plays a key leadership role in Conroy Group’s field operations in Grande Cache. As Operations Foreman, he supervises crews, oversees project execution, and ensures all work meets company standards for safety, efficiency, and quality. Working directly alongside the Founder, he serves as a trusted right-hand leader coordinating daily operations.

Currently a student, Avery joins Conroy Group part-time to assist with field operations during the summer and school breaks. He supports the crew by helping with equipment, site prep, and project wrap-up, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field.
