Sean is a licensed electrician and founder of Conroy Group LTD. Built on strong Irish roots and a deep respect for hard work. Having lived and worked in Ireland, Sean brings a hands-on, No nonsense approach shaped by tradition, discipline, and pride in craftsmanship.
Courtney Conroy
Director of administration and finance
Originally from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Courtney brings a strong background in sales, negotiation, and client relations to Conroy Group Ltd. She oversees the company’s administrative operations, financial management, and banking, ensuring the business runs with structure, accuracy, and accountability. Focused, approachable, and driven by results, our sales manager is all about building strong relationships. They help connect people to the right solutions—with clarity and care.
Field Operations Associate
Originally from Nova Scotia, Michelle supports Conroy Group’s field operations with a hands-on, dependable approach. When additional support is required, she steps into the field operating commercial equipment, including the John Deere 3046R, as well as assisting with the stand-on and zero turn mowers and property maintenance tasks.

Originally from Nova Scotia, Dillan plays a key leadership role in Conroy Group’s field operations in Grande Cache. As Operations Foreman, he supervises crews, oversees project execution, and ensures all work meets company standards for safety, efficiency, and quality. Working directly alongside the Founder, he serves as a trusted right-hand leader coordinating daily operations.

Travis is currently in his final year of school, pursuing his dream of becoming a licensed electrician. He supports Conroy Group part-time, assisting with field operations, equipment, and general site tasks as he gains hands-on experience, building the foundation for his future in the trade.
Avery Jennex
Field Crew Member
Currently a student, Avery joins Conroy Group part-time to assist with field operations during the summer and school breaks. He supports the crew by helping with equipment, site prep, and project wrap-up, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field.
Katsie Picard
Lead Operations Coordinator
Katsie joins Conroy Group LTD. With over 12 years of hands-on experience in property maintenance and operations. Since 2011, she’s built a reputation for excellence, overseeing complex projects and ensuring top tier results. As Lead Operations Coordinator she will be a trusted partner bringing precision, leadership and a customer first mindset to every service we provide.
